Delivery and delivery prices

 

PostNL:

 

You can have your order delivered to your door by PostNL.

 

Home accessories and most small furniture can be home delivered by PostNL. The package must not exceed 30 kg and the length of the package can be max H1.75.

 

At the product is indicated if it can be sent as a package or if the product  can only be delivered by the delivery service. 

For orders of less <than € 50, - you pay € 4.95 shipping (NL).

 

On orders> € 50, - you pay € 0.00 shipping (NL).


Once the package leaves us you will receive an email with a track and trace code so you can track your package. The day that your package will be delivered you will receive an email from PostNL. Here is a link (my package) where you can click to see what time the postman will deliver the package to you. If you are not home you will receive a letter in the bus with a non-home code. With this code you can chose the same day before 22:00 for a second delivery appointment. If you don't chose a second delivery appointment, then the post man will visit you again the next day (except Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery service:

furniture can not be sent by PostNL. For furniture you chose for our delivery service. At the product is indicated if the product can be delivered by PostNL or by home delivery. (Pick up by yourselve is of course always possible)

For orders of less <than € 500, - 
you pay delivery costs. In The Hague and surroundings (Rijswijk-Voorburg) you pay € 35, - and for the rest of the Netherlands

 € 50, -.  For Belgium you can choose to order by km (see chart below) *

For orders of more than € 500, -
you pay € 0.00 delivery in The Netherlands**

* Delivery is up to the desired room, provided that the delivery can take place without obstacles.

** Delivery is to the first door or stairs. For example if you live in a flat with 5 floors, then the door down at the elevator counts as the first door. If you live in a porch  house, then delivery is to the 1st stairs.

Free delivery not in combination with offers or discounts.

If you wish, at the free delivery of the products, that we still deliver to the desired room, we ask a fee of € 25.00. This can be noted in the order comment.

We deliver from Monday to Friday in The Hague and from Monday to Thursday in the rest of Holland and Belgium.

We always try to make a suitable appointment in a time slot of 2 hours, so you do not have to wait all day for our delivery service.

If you want to change the delivery appointment, please inform us 2 days before the delivery. If you are not home at the time of appointment, we will charge you the entire amount for delivery. (We can not exclude that the time slot is exceeded, for  example by a traffic jam. If you make an appointment please take
this into account)

rules:
1. You should at all times free the way where the furniture goes before the deliverers will deliver.

2. Our delivery staff will do their best at all times to bring the furniture upstairs for you (not at free delivery). They can properly assess whether or not without damaging the furniture.

3. If obstructions in the road impede or furniture does not fit through a door or stairwell, then we deliver to the first door downstairs. Any costs of an elevator or other hoisting are for the customer's account and never for Kikke Spulle.

4. If you give the approval to our deliverers, in case of a narrow entrance / staircase / door / hallway, to bring the furniture up, we can not be held liable for damages.  You can also choose to bring the furniture up by yourselve.

5. check the furniture once they have been introduced. If you have any remarks, they can be reported and photographed by our deliverers.
