Online return order?
Only for distance , so through our webshop , without the product having seen before you are entitled to rescission of the sale by getting your money back.
Products should be returned within 7 days of receipt date.
Once the package is leaving us you will receive an email with a link to track your package. Kikke Spulle counts seven days from the time the package is delivered by PostNL with you. (we will check the date on Parcelware when your order was delivered) 
 
Orders that are returned after 7 days of this date will not be accepted for refund or exchange. You have to pay for delivery again. 

please note; before sending the product to us, you have to report this to info@kikkespulle.nl We will answer your email as soon as possible so make sure you will not return the package before you received our email.

Please note that the return from PostNL and costs , this will be your responsibility.
Once the product is returned in its original packaging and without damage, within 14 days we will write the amount of the order / amount of the returned product , to your bank account.

It is also possible to return the product (always by appointment ) personally to one of our stores in The Hague. Even if you choose this option  we will pay the amount within 14 days of writing to your bank account. (not cash in our shops)


Purchase store return / exchange ?

Within 7 days after purchasing a product in one of our stores you can exchange or return the product . Exchange or return only with receipt and in the original packaging . *

If you do not wish to exchange for another product / color , you will receive a voucher (giftcard) for the amount . Please note that we will never give money back. 

* You can not exchange products that you have purchased unassembled and assembled at your home.

* You can not exchange products that are specifically ordered for you.

* You can not exchange vintage products

* You can not exchange discounted items or items purchased in our outlet

* You can not exchange light bulbs or care / sprays
